Ambitious, resilient & forward-thinking, you’re keen to make a real difference to our services, taking responsibility for day-to-day operational management of a team or service area & leading on projects over the course of the scheme. You’ll develop on-the-job management skills & knowledge while on three distinct placements across MFT.
This pioneering initiative offers you an opportunity to develop in a range of key professional leadership & management areas - from strategy, innovation & change, to finance, leading & developing people & team management. The great news is, you’ll also be funded to study for a Master’s degree (MSc) in Leadership Practice (Healthcare Management).
You’ll have fantastic support along the way, both within the working environment and from our university partners.
