The Freedom to Speak Up Administrator role will involve supporting the Freedom to Speak Up team by co-ordinating promotional and marketing activities for workshops, conferences, events and cultural calendar events. Designing and creating posters, newsletters, presentations and leaflets tailored to different audiences. Ensuring promotional and marketing materials will be fit for purpose and completed within a timely manner. You will be required to be visible and present across various LAS sites and stations depending on the needs of the service.
Carrying out all of the administration and clerical tasks for the Trust Guardian and
Deputy Freedom to Speak Guardians. Inputting concern data into Datix, maintaining accurate spreadsheets, creating folders and uploading files onto Sharepoint.
Establish and maintain good working relationships with the Freedom to Speak Ambassadors and stakeholders such as; Resolution Hub Manager, Resolution & Advocacy Lead, HR, Equality Diversity and Inclusion, Wellbeing and Operational Managers. Being proactive about managing all communications and interactions in relation to Freedom to Speak Up Service are positive. Escalating where necessary and flagging with the Trust Guardian and or Deputy Freedom to Speak Up Guardians if there is an issue or area of concern. The post holder will support and correspond with a network of Freedom to Speak Up/Sexual Safety Ambassadors’ across the Trust.
