Hounslow is traditionally considered an underserved area, and several initiatives have been under way to increase the appeal of working in Hounslow through training and development of staff, technology and our partnership with Hounslow Community Healthcare in West London NHS Trust.
We are seeking individuals who are passionate about improving care for patients living in areas of high socioeconomic deprivation, tackling health inequalities and increasing access to high quality multi-disciplinary general practice.

The collective aim is to maximise our impact on the health and well-being of our local population.
You will have the opportunity to be involved in service improvement, implementing initiatives and directives locally with the support and supervision of your clinical leads within the PCN. As a Lead Paramedic you will be expected to contribute to the leadership of the PCNs but also work together to lead services in all the PCNs, provide leadership and mentoring to your team as well as develop effective relationships with the GP mentors for your staff.
You must have access to your own transport, as this role will require travelling both to visit patients in their homes but also to a number of PCN practices and colleagues across Hounslow.
