This role works closely with a Finance Business Partner (responsible for a specific area of Trust finances) and is responsible for planning, developing, and monitoring budgets, providing financial advice, and producing monthly financial reports.
It includes providing financial inputs for business cases, performing complex analysis, development of CIP schemes and ensuring continuous improvement of financial systems.
Key responsibilities include planning, developing, and monitoring budgets, advising and challenging senior budget holders, and managing the production of monthly financial positions. Additionally, the Finance Manager is tasked with developing management information, preparing finance reports for the Board, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
