The Facilities Management (FM) department is seeking a dedicated and experienced FM Officer to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the safe, smooth, and efficient running of various sites across the North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust. The successful candidate will provide an effective, comprehensive, and confidential range of FM services, supporting both corporate sites and remotely managed ambulance stations.
This role can be based at Broughton, Ladybridge Hall, or Estuary Point, offering flexibility while ensuring effective FM service delivery across the Trust’s sites.
Key Responsibilities: • Site Management: Oversee FM operations across multiple sites, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment. • Collaborative Working: Work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver high-quality facilities and services. • Standards & Monitoring: Maintain and uphold service standards through proactive coordination, monitoring, and reporting. • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve operational challenges efficiently to support the smooth running of our sites.
