As Medical Director you will be at the heart of our transformation. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you (and other Executive Board Members) will hold corporate responsibility for the delivery of the strategic objectives, bringing a wealth of experience, insight, and strategic vision to a role that is both challenging and rewarding. You will have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities of delivering world-class healthcare, with a passion for quality improvement, clinical excellence, and patient safety.

We seek a high calibre individual with a proven track record of strong leadership at a senior level. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate outstanding communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and motivate others to achieve service excellence.
Accountable to the Chief Executive, you will work autonomously but collaboratively with clinical and managerial colleagues to shape and innovate our array of services. You will need to be skilled at working across broad and diverse stakeholder groups and be committed to the delivery of public health principles.
