Recent winners at “Ireland Best Managed Companies Awards”, Mowlam is the most trusted and respected nursing home brand in Ireland, offering a variety of care options including: Full-time Residential Care Memory Care Respite Care Role Responsibilities As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a key role in the physical and emotional well-being of residents, working alongside nurses and other professionals to provide person-centred care and promote independence. Support with daily personal care (bathing, dressing, feeding). Assistance with mobility and emotional support. Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ health. Maintaining records and a safe environment. Requirements EU nationality/EU Passport (50/50 rule: Irish regulations require that at least 50% of staff in nursing homes are EU citizens). FETAC/QQI Level 5 qualification in healthcare or Equivalent is required to work as a Healthcare Assistant with our group or experience working in a healthcare environment (with a good knowledge of HIQA standards) is preferable.
