An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, motivated experienced administrator to provide support to the Estates Operational Team within NHS Highland, based primarily at Caithness General Hospital, Wick.

We are a very busy department and this role will involve prioritising and scheduling works, as well as sourcing and ordering materials for the trades team, arranging servicing and MOT’s for department vehicles, dealing with enquiries to the NHS Highland Helpdesk and other additional administrative duties for the Estates Team.

Applicants should be educated to a HNC level in administration or have relevant experience of working in a busy multi-function administrative role. You should have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. A working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and excel are essential for this role.
