Providing guidance to teams on EDI-related legislation and organisational values, you will support staff in upholding a culture of fairness and inclusion. You’ll work collaboratively with staff networks and external partners, driving key initiatives such as the Anti-racist and LGBTQ+ Action Plans to embed an inclusive culture across all Health Board services.
