We have embarked on a programme to implement a single Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system as part of the NHS digital health ongoing initiative across the Norfolk and Waveney Acute Hospital Collaborative (NWAHC). The collaborative is made up of three acute hospitals in Norfolk and Waveney;

  • James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (JPUH) •    Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (NNUH) •    The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust (QEH)

Main duties of the job

We have an exciting opportunity for two HR/Recruitment Officers to join the EPR Programme to deliver high-quality HR advice, administration, and recruitment services. If you're looking to be part of a fast-paced and impactful project, this could be the perfect role for you!

You will provide HR advice and support, particularly in areas of recruitment and organisational change aligned with organisational policies. You will be part of a small team delivering an efficient and effective recruitment service for the programme. You will support the project in all things related to workforce.

You will be adaptable and organised to respond effectively to the dynamic needs of a large-scale programme, staying ahead of changing priorities. You will have the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy and varied environment.

You will communicate with confidence, handling HR issues sensitively, confidentially, and using your excellent communication skills. You will demonstrate a solid understanding of employment law and its application in the workplace.

You will need experience in advising on HR issues, including supporting organisational change as well as having a solid background in recruitment.
