Ward manager role Monday to Friday supporting the quality structure, workforce agenda and key performance indicators to maintain a safe and effective department.
Leading and implementing quality improvement within the department.
You will need to be resilient, determined, flexible, enthusiastic and passionate about emergency care with a demonstrable record of managing teams and the ability to communicate and negotiate across multiple professional boundaries.
Main duties of the job
Sir Robert Peel Minor injury Unit (MIU) is looking to appoint a ward Manager who is dynamic, confident and an inspirational leader to support a vibrant district general hospital
The ward manager should have a clear vision of improving and implementing excellent patient and staff care with an evidence based approach.
