We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled Employee Relations Manager to join our People & OD team. Working closely with the Head of Employee Relations, you will lead on complex employee relations matters, ensuring that cases are managed effectively.
You will act as a specialist advisor on a full range of ER matters including complex disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence, and workplace conflict cases.
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape ER practice, influence organisational culture, and ensure managers are skilled, confident, and supported to deal effectively with people management issues.
