South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SWASFT) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Education Governance Lead to join our Education team. This pivotal role will support  the development, delivery, and quality assurance of clinical education across the southern region of the Trust. This role could be based at any Education Centre across the Trust.

Main duties of the job

• Help to develop and oversee the Trust’s clinical education programme, including simulation and digital learning.
• Support and develop Education Leads and Practitioners to deliver high-quality, evidence-based training.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to shape national and local education programmes.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory standards and strategic objectives.
• Act as a clinical and educational role model, promoting excellence in patient care and professional development.
