As an Education Facilitator, you will:
*Provide guidance and support to a range of clinical staff and learners, ensuring high standards of clinical skills development and professional growth.
*Deliver and evaluate teaching sessions including clinical induction, preceptorship, healthcare support worker development, and Care Certificate programmes.
*Support students and learners on placement, ensuring compliance with academic standards and promoting a positive learning experience.
*Facilitate onboarding programmes and learner forums, acting on feedback to optimise learner support.
*Collaborate with internal teams and external partners such as Higher Education Institutes and NHS organisations to maintain strong educational links.
*Apply expert knowledge to support practice supervision and assessment, ensuring safe and effective learning environments.
*Contribute to audits, evaluations, and training needs analyses to inform education planning and service improvement.
*Act as a role model for professional behaviour, promoting the Trust's values of compassion, excellence, and collaboration.
