This role is essential in creating a learning environment that supports staff in their continuous professional development. You will provide mentorship, clinical supervision, and direct support to a range of staff, ensuring they are equipped with the competencies necessary to deliver high-quality care. You will also assist in the development and delivery of induction programmes, tailored learning plans, and specialty training for all staff in the operating department.
As part of the senior team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with Clinical Leads, Education Leads, and other key stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of education programmes. You will assist with developing long-term work plans, participate in educational meetings and forums, and help evaluate training activities to continuously improve their effectiveness.
