Education and Training Manager - Pharmacy Chemotherapy Services

This is a new and exciting opportunity to develop and deliver specialist training to the team of a highly specialist chemotherapy aseptic preparation and dispensing unit, that is fit for purpose.

The post holder will join the leadership team to facilitate a high quality and responsive pharmacy services to a cancer centre and satellite units.

Main duties of the job

The person will be responsible for:

The management, development and delivery of training policies within aseptic services - chemotherapy preparation & dispensing unit. This must be in alignment with local and national directives.

The post holder must have extensive experience, competence and specialist knowledge working in aseptic services preparation or manufacturing units.

The post holder must have extensive and appropriate experience  delivering training and mentoring a wide range of staff in aseptic services.
