Salary Scale:

Contract Type:
12-month secondment / fixed term. Should you be applying for a secondment please bring a copy of approval from your current NHS Line Manager to your interview.
Roster
Monday – Friday. There may be a requirement for you to provide ad-hoc cover during weekends or public holidays, however, this will be discussed as and when required with your Line Manager.

The Domestic Services Department is seeking an experienced and motivated Domestic Services Team Leader to cover a period of 12 months maternity leave. The successful candidate will provide effective day‑to‑day management of Domestic Services across the Dundee Locality, ensuring the delivery of a high‑quality, efficient cleaning service. This includes direct responsibility for staff attendance, conduct and performance, service delivery issues, and maintaining quality standards within challenging financial constraints.
This role requires a high degree of initiative and the ability to demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of NHS cleaning services, alongside experience in managing a large and diverse staffing group.
