We are looking to appoint a highly enthusiastic domestic assistant to join our team at North Tyneside General Hospital , working in the Operating Department.

It is essential that you have effective communication skills both written and verbal.

Previous domestic experience is essential.

Experience within the healthcare setting is desirable.

Main duties of the job

To ensure the operating theatres and surrounding areas are clean using specialised equipment (i.e. scrubber, pick up, buffer) and renewing disposables where necessary.
