You will oversee staffing, rotas and workflow, maintain high standards of governance, safety and stock control, and support the ongoing development and performance of the dispensary team. Working closely with pharmacy and clinical colleagues, you will help deliver a smooth, reliable and patient‑centred medicines supply service.

At Sheffield Teaching Hospitals, you will join an innovative, well‑established pharmacy service within one of the UK’s leading NHS teaching trusts. You’ll benefit from a supportive, collaborative team environment, excellent professional and leadership development opportunities, and the chance to contribute to meaningful service improvements. This is a role where your leadership will directly enhance patient care and help shape the future of our medicines supply services.

If you thrive in a dynamic setting, enjoy leading and developing people, and are passionate about delivering high‑quality pharmacy services, we would love to hear from you.

Apply now and play a key role in driving the continued success of our dispensary services.
