The appointed person will be assigned to both operational and strategic managerial functions as determined by the Director of Nursing. This will include a strong focus on the provision of professional and clinical leadership across Nursing Services. The post-holder will be responsible for ensuring the provision of high quality evidenced-based nursing practice in designated areas of responsibility and will be responsible for maintaining and developing Nursing Services. In doing so, the post-holder will ensure service user centeredness approach to service development.
