An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Trainer within the Health Boards Digital, Data & Technology Directorate, Aneurin Bevan University Health Board (ABUHB). The role will form part of the digital community programme, supporting the project team to deliver high quality digital training to staff across Mental Health and Learning Disabilities directorate.

Main duties of the job

This role will be part of Digital, Date and Technology department who are responsible for developing and implementing a new clinical system and enhancing current functionality. As a trainer in Digital, Data and Technology you will be responsible for the delivery of training  the new digital system and the ongoing support of users post go LIVE.  You will be a member of a small team that is within the Business Change and Benefits team. You will play a proactive part in the support and implementation of new digital projects and be expected to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders and all grades of ABUHB staff.

You will be a key player, bringing a flexible, positive and can do approach to the training of staff from a cross section of services including clinical and non clinical.

You will work with a wide range of stakeholders from varying professions across the health board, other NHS and 3rd party organisation/suppliers. This will include the requirement to attend sites regularly, sometimes at short notice. If you are looking for a new challenge in a prosperous department then this role is for you.
