We are looking for a Digital Automation & Low-Code Developer to join our People Scaling team, focusing on automating HR and workforce processes. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining workflow automation, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), API integrations, and AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and related technologies.

This role is hands-on and technical, perfect for someone who thrives in problem-solving, solution development, and innovation.

  • 1 x Fixed Term/Secondment Opportunity – 12 months

Main duties of the job

Key Responsibilities •    Develop automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate •    Build low-code applications with Power Apps for HR & workforce processes •    Design API integrations for seamless system connectivity (ESR, ATS, LMS, payroll) •    Implement AI-driven automation to enhance efficiency •    Create self-service portals, digital forms, and workforce dashboards •    Monitor, refine, and optimise automation workflows

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and API development
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and Dataverse
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience in automation, AI, or low-code development (Desirable: NHS/public sector experience)
