We aim to recruit at Band 5, but we are open to a Band 4 to 5 development opportunity for suitable applicants.

This varied role will require working independently and collaboratively within the wider pharmacy team. As a Medicines Optimisation Pharmacy Technician, you’ll support medicines reconciliation, prescription reviews, discharge facilitation, ward-based dispensing, medication recycling, patient counselling, and audits across both physical and mental health inpatient teams. Please note: If you require sponsorship, check eligibility for a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) on the gov.uk website before applying.
