This is a very exciting opportunity for a Deputy Ward Manager to join the team on this busy 29 bedded General Medicine Ward.

We are looking for a dynamic , highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join our Multi-disciplinary team. Providing high quality nursing care within this busy ward.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, team working skills and dedicated to improving the patients experience.

You will need to demonstrate continuing professional development and a strong commitment to develop others and work closely within a Multidisciplinary team.

Applicants must be able to evidence or demonstrate experience of working as a Band 5 or previous experience as a Band 6 within Medicine.
