We are recruiting for a Deputy Ward Leader. We have a permanent full time post (37.5 hours). This post requires working across Monday to Sunday.

Jean Heyes Reablement Unit is a 24 bedded male and female community unit which specialises in the rehabilitation of medically optimised patients.  The unit supports individuals who are medically well enough to be discharged from hospital, but who require a period of bed-based, Nurse & Therapy led rehabilitation. We support individuals to achieve specific goals which enable safe discharge back into the community or their own home.

We are looking for people, with relevant experience and qualifications.  The posts available  offer exciting opportunities to focus on the reablement of adults, provide hands on care, improve quality and provide professional clinical leadership to the unit.

An Enhanced DBS with Adults' Barred List checks will be obtained during pre-employment checks.

You must have extensive post-qualification NHS experience.
