  • Identify and mitigate risks affecting the Trust’s reputation, security, safety, and financial sustainability.
  • Ensure compliance with Health Technical Memoranda (HTMs) and NHS guidance.
  • Ensure quality control systems are in place and continuously improved.
  • Contribute to the development and review of policies and protocols to support regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor and report on compliance performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date compliance records and documentation for inspection readiness.
