Main duties of the job

The Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team (CRHTT) plays a vital role in providing swift crisis response, inpatient gatekeeping, and compassionate home treatment to individuals transitioning from inpatient care in the South Bucks area. We’re planning an exciting phased expansion, driven by new investments, to broaden our impact. This growth will be thoughtfully paced to ensure we maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and model fidelity—always focused on enhancing the experience and outcomes for the people we serve.

Our team operates from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with dedicated long day shifts staffed by five skilled Band 6 professionals, supported by Band 3 and Band 4 nurse associates and occupational therapists. Early shifts are staffed by six Band 6s with similar support. The Clinical Team Leader and Team Secretary work mainly Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the Team Leader providing flexible leadership beyond these hours to ensure seamless care. The Clinical Team Leader reports directly to the Mental Health Urgent Care Team Manager, helping steer our mission to deliver outstanding urgent mental health services.

Join us, and be part of a team that’s committed to making a real difference in people’s lives every day.
