Sheffield Children’s Hospital, in partnership with the South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw ICB, is pleased to announce two new Consultant posts in Paediatric Palliative Care. These roles form part of a wider regional development strategy, including a third post linked to general paediatrics, to provide a total of 20 PAs of additional consultant time to enhance paediatric palliative care services across South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire.
These new consultant positions will be hosted by Sheffield Children’s NHS Foundation Trust, delivering specialist and holistic palliative care to children and young people (up to age 19). The posts aim to support and strengthen palliative care provision both within the hospital and in the wider community.
About You: We are looking for compassionate and experienced clinicians with a background in Paediatric Palliative Medicine. You will be GMC-registered with a licence to practise. A commitment to collaboration, education, and regional service development is essential, as is the ability to travel across the region.

Please note that Sheffield Children's uplift pay to meet the Real Living Wage, which is £12.60 per hour.
