We are looking for a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with experience in Neuropsychology and Paediatrics to join the Proton Beam Therapy (PBT) team as neuropsychology lead at University College London Hospital. This will involve line management, supervision, protocol development and leadership in the PBT team.
You will be part of a lively and experienced team with a strong commitment to research and creative ways of working, such as using systemic, narrative and solution focussed ideas alongside an extensive groupwork programme.
Alongside the core role of supervising the carrying out of baseline and follow-up neuropsychological assessments, the post-holder will also support and manage the therapy input to children, young people and families under PBT service.
The post holder will also be the neuropsychological lead for paediatric psychology across UCLH, managing the provision of neuropsychology across wider paediatric services at UCLH. This will include managing referrals, supervision and training to wider members of the general paediatric psychology team.
The psychology team works with systemic and narrative ideas and an interest in integrating neuropsychology and systemic practice is an important part of the departmental vision.
