An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who wishes to join our community nursing service across the beautiful Oban and Lorn area.
The post holder will be expected to provide an accessible, appropriate, high quality and effective patient centres nursing service to a range of age groups in the community.
Working in partnership with service users, care providers and other agencies.
The post holder will be a first level nurse who will support the District Nurse/Team Lead in delivering care to patients within the corporate caseload.
You should have a genuine interest in community working and the diversity it brings.
You should be a team player with a wide range of clinical knowledge and skills and evidence of continuous professional development.
Community experience would be an advantage but not essential.
A UK driving licence is essential and a pool car may be available at times, however, applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes, if required.
