This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive, forward‑thinking team providing high‑quality care to adults across a range of community settings across the beautiful Morecambe Bay region.

The post holder will support individuals with a wide variety of communication and swallowing needs, enabling people to maximise their independence, safety, and quality of life. You will work with patients who have complex and long‑term conditions, using evidence‑based interventions and a person‑centred approach to assessment, treatment, and goal‑setting.

Clinical work will take place in patients’ own homes, care homes, and community clinics, allowing you to develop strong therapeutic relationships and deliver care in environments that matter most to the individuals you support.

This role offers the opportunity to work autonomously while benefiting from regular supervision, peer support, and ongoing professional development, contributing to service improvement and the continued development of community‑based speech and language therapy provision.
