Northumberland CYPS ADHD Review Clinic Are you a passionate and experienced nurse looking to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with ADHD? We are seeking a dynamic Band 6 Nurse to join our multidisciplinary ADHD Clinic within Northumberland CYPS, delivering high-quality care and support to children, young people, and their families. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a specialist service that is committed to holistic care and empowering young people to thrive. You will play a key role in care planning, medication monitoring, psychoeducation, and ongoing support.

Main duties of the job

• Support medication initiation and titration  •     Provide psychoeducation to families and schools •     Collaborate with other agencies •     Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to service development •     Deliver nurse-led clinics and review appointments •     Advocate for young people and promote inclusive, trauma-informed care
