Why Doncaster?

For those not familiar with the area, Doncaster is a hidden gem of a Yorkshire City- we were recently named as a new city as part of the Queen's Platinum Jubilee celebrations! With award winning attractions, 2000 years of history and down to earth friendly locals, it is the exciting and intriguing heart of the UK. With excellent road/ rail transport system, it has easy access to surrounding cities such as Sheffield, Leeds, York, Hull and Nottingham (not that you'd want to leave). On the door-step, you can visit the Yorkshire Wildlife Park, historical houses and even has two of its own castles! Doncaster is famous for its excellent night life, shops, markets and its world-renowned Racecourse. In under an hour you reach the beautiful Peak District and just over an hour is the Yorkshire Dales or the East Coast. Property prices are extremely competitive in comparison to the UK national average, making it much easier to get onto the property ladder.
