Are you an experienced and compassionate Community Phlebotomist looking to thrive in a decision-making role. Our Weymouth and Portland Community Team based at Weymouth Community Hospital would love for you to join the team as a Community Phlebotomist Supervisor!
As the Community Phlebotomist Supervisor, you will work within patient’s homes covering the Weymouth and Portland locality. You will make clinical decisions whilst leading and managing the small, close-knit team. You will manage and prioritise your own caseload, have excellent communication and access to a car with a valid driving license. You will hold great problem-solving skills and share a passion to deliver high quality of service. This is an ideal opportunity for you to guide and teach the team bringing your experience, knowledge and skill set. This will be a developing role as the service expands.
The Community Phlebotomist post is a part-time role of 27 hours per week Monday to Friday. These hours could be met over a four-day period, and we can be flexible with how these hours are met. In return for your enthusiasm and commitment, we can provide an opportunity for you to develop your clinical skills and experience in a supportive team, with regular supervision and appraisals.
