Community Nursing Service
Community Nurse
Band 5 £33,247 - £41,424 per annum
Plus Distant Islands Allowance of £1,406 per annum
37 hours per week
Permanent post
The postholders would be expected to provide treatment room services, as well as providing health care for a wide range of patients in their own homes and across all community settings including care homes.
Applicants should ideally have some experience of working within the community and will work as an integral part of the Uist community team seeking to deliver a high standard of care to our patients whilst also working to develop and improve the service on a continual basis.
The postholders will predominantly work during office hours but will also take part in weekend working and an overnight on call service on a rota basis. A flexible working approach is required and you will be a car owner/driver with a full UK driving licence.
