An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to take up the post of Team Lead for Community Nursing for Oban and Lorne to provide Clinical Leadership and Operational day to day management for the district nursing team.
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual with the ability to provide professional and strategic leadership. The post holder will influence and drive forward Community Nursing to provide best possible patient centred outcomes. The post holder should be self-motivated, have an in-depth knowledge of Community Nursing, criteria, processes and NHSH policies. They will also have the ability to support the design and delivery of new models and pathways of care within the integrated team/ services and influence quality and a high standard of patient care.This is a demanding, specialised role, requiring high levels of professional skills to work efficiently and effectively
This is a fixed term post for 9 months
The post-holder will work flexibly in terms of location to develop and support other areas of team working within the Community Nursing service.
Flexible working pattern will be considered and base is negotiable. Consideration will be given to the right candidate being mainland based.
The post holder will be a first level Registered General Nurse and will hold a relevant specialist District nursing qualification.
