Job summary

Main duties of the job

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to adults with complex mental health needs.

Undertake assessments, develop care plans, and provide therapeutic interventions.

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary colleagues, GPs, social care, and voluntary sector partners.

Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and professional development activities.

Support crisis management and contribute to ongoing risk assessment and care coordination.
