This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified professional to expand in their skills, expertise, multi-agency liaisons and autonomous practice.  Luton CMH Hubs have transformed and created a multi-disciplinary and multi professional triage service which caters for support requests coming from our partner agencies.

We would welcome a forward thinking individual to add to the dynamics of this front door service and the overall functioning of the CMH Hubs.  We are looking for resilient and proactive team players who are skilled and motivated mental health professionals, to join us in meeting the needs of those we serve in the vibrant and diverse locality of Luton.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that the values outlined in the NHS Constitution are adhered to daily and any matters of concern are raised with the relevant Line Manager or through the necessary processes within the Trust. Responsible for delivering a compassionate, dignified and respectful service to patients at all times.
