We know that taking up your first job as a clinician is both exciting and scary. That's why we've set up our Preceptorship Academy, to help you get the very best start.
Our preceptorship programme is designed specifically for you as a newly qualified clinician, to support you in that transition.
Through supervision and assessment, you will be supported to practice safely and build your confidence during your first 12 months as a newly qualified clinician.
To protect the health and safety of our staff/workers, patients, and those attending our sites, we encourage our workforce to get fully vaccinated against COVID.

You will work in partnership with a diverse team of clinicians and support staff including psychologists, psychiatrists, support workers and our third sector partners.
We are passionate about involving Experts by Experience, family and friends in how we deliver care so we welcome candidates with experience of co-production. We are dedicated to improving services and delivering high quality care.
The role is all about improving outcomes for this patient group, working creatively with patients and their carers to co-create care and risk plans that will help them achieve their goals and to live as independently as possible.
