Main duties of the job
You will be part of a friendly and dynamic Learning Disability Nursing Team and can expect to utilise your knowledge, skills and experience by promoting excellent quality care through evidence-based practice and value-based approaches to People with a Learning Disability within the London Borough of Barnet.
The post-holder will work as part of a multi-displinary team to provide specialist Nursing support to individuals with Mental Health issues, Challenging Behaviour and Complex Physical Health needs.
