We are looking for clinicians who can work flexibly, have excellent communication skills, who enjoy working with a wide range of communities and individuals, and are passionate about promoting the health of others.
While previous experience of delivering vaccinations is useful, full training and induction will be offered to successful candidates.
The work will involve some weekend and evening work across the county to meet the needs of our communities.
Unsuccessful candidates within the last 6 months need not apply.

Working independently and in a team, delivering a wide range of vaccinations to all age ranges.
Working in schools, community clinics, and other venues.
Providing assessment and review of missed vaccinations and reviewing vaccination histories for those not vaccinated according to English Schedule.
The role will require the successful candidates to travel across the area and at times outside of the region, and so you must hold a full valid driving license and access to a car to use regularly for business purposes is essential (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).

The Community Immunisation Practitioner is responsible for the delivery of the Immunisation Programmes as delegated by the Senior Immunisation nurse, Clinical lead or Team Lead.
