Sheffield Community CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) is dedicated to improving the mental health and wellbeing of young people across Sheffield. Our team delivers high-quality care and support to children and families, helping them through their mental health journeys. About the role: Under supervision of Registered Nurses, you will deliver care coordination services to young people and their families, enhancing access and collaboration throughout their care journey in CAMHS.
About You: You are motivated, enthusiastic, and keen to develop your career in a children's mental health setting. You have an interest in supporting young people and their families, with a commitment to learning and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
