The 12-bedded Dragonfly Unit is based in Carlton Colville, Lowestoft and is for age 13-17 year old young people requiring admission whilst receiving inpatient mental health treatment.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Clinical Team Support Administrator for the Dragonfly Unit based at Carlton Court Hospital in Lowestoft. This team is part of our Suffolk Children's, Family and Young People's services in the Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust. This post is a substantive full time post . The post holder will have varied Admin duties including minute-taking, reception cover, arranging meetings, diary management, typing of letters, updating service users records and providing general support to the MDT and clinical team. The Post Holder will provide administration support to our very busy unit and would be expected to work alongside the wider admin team based within this area.
Good office-based skills would be required; however, full training will be provided.
Experience of minuting meetings is essential in this role.

You will need to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a dedication to confidentiality and service user experience and will also have excellent customer service skills and administration experience.
You will be joining a dedicated friendly team in a fast-paced environment using a range of clinical systems and Microsoft packages. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook will be essential. Knowledge of the Trust system Lorenzo would be an advantage, as well as Minute Taking.
Reception cover is expected within this post and this role is office based.
All equipment necessary will be provided and full training given.
The Post Holder will provide a friendly and welcoming Reception Area for our Service Users and Clinical Staff who use the building. There will be varied administration duties, including support of Doctors, Nurses and Clinicians with attendance at meeting for minuting purposes. Communication with service users and their parents/carers is required. Providing diary/appointment management, attending team meetings, minute taking, where appropriate. To provide the best service to our Service Users the ideal candidate will be able to work on their own initiative, to remain calm under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude.
