Main duties of the job

You will be expected to go to the clinical areas where students are placed, make contact with the students, and teach them regularly. The exact teaching timetable and groups of students will be flexible depending on the time of year. However, it is expected that you will spend around 50% of their week face to face with students. You will need to show initiative and the ability to manage their own time. Supervision for the fellowship in UHS would be from the Associate Clinical Sub Dean and Deputy.

This role will provide you with ample opportunities to develop their teaching skills through a combination of time spent teaching, mentorship from the module and placement leads, observing other teachers, and delivering observed teaching sessions with feedback.
