Applications are welcome for the above Fixed Term, full time (40 hours per week) post based in Royal Hospital for Children & Young People
The posts are designed to provide high quality experience in contributing to and facilitating Undergraduate education within Paediatrics.
The post is a 60:40 split with 60% of time dedicated to clinical service in Paediatric Medicine. The specifics of this will be discussed with the successful applicant and will depend on experience level, but is likely to mainly include daytime cover on the general paediatric wards and evening/weekend daytime OOH and be based at RHCYP and/or SJH children’s ward.
There will be the opportunity for individualised personal development in clinical education, teaching and quality improvement. The post is intended for doctors with experience of working in paediatrics who have an interest and aptitude in Medical Education. The post is based at the RHCYP, Edinburgh.
