Job summary

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will be a kind, caring, patient person who enjoys helping people to improve their skills and understanding of the clinical systems that are used at LCH. Being able to plan your time well and plan your journeys driving around Leeds, to meet and support staff and services, is important. The role involves working closely with the Clinical Systems training team to provide Clinical Systems training services to LCH staff. Delivering training and training support to learners, either face-to-face in venues across Leeds, or remotely. Working with clinical services to support their service-specific use of the LCH Electronic Patient Record System. The role involves working with other teams and services within Informatics, e.g. the Business Intelligence, Clinical Systems, Information Technology (IT) and Information Governance (IG) teams, as well as aiming to influence and respond to clinical and operational plans from the business units operating within the Trust Providing support for Office 365 eLearning. Delivering training and support for Basic Digital Literacy skills.
