Main duties of the job

In this senior leadership position, you will:

• Provide strategic and clinical leadership across primary care, community services, and hospital sites.
• Work collaboratively with Professional Heads, Service Groups and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the integration and transformation of service delivery by interpreting and responding to national and local drivers.
• Champion innovation, digital solutions and modern approaches to care delivery.
• Act as a visible, engaging role model, demonstrating exceptional organisational and communication skills. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
