Main Duties of the Role In this varied and rewarding role, you will: Lead and coordinate the clinical governance portfolio within Adult Therapies Drive quality improvement initiatives that enhance safety and reduce harm Champion the patient experience agenda, using feedback to shape meaningful change Promote the sharing of learning, innovation and best practice across teams Lead the Infection Prevention and Control agenda within AT CSU Support delivery of the annual Health and Safety audit, working collaboratively with colleagues Provide expert clinical leadership and support to multidisciplinary teams Act as a professional role model, supporting the development of colleagues and junior staff You may occasionally be required to work across different sites within Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.
