We are serious about diversity and inclusion, and we are working hard to build this into our DNA. We warmly welcome applications for any of our roles from people from diverse backgrounds, and we are proactively encouraging applications from under-represented communities for our more senior roles, like this one.

Main duties of the job

Your goal will be to assist individuals with severe mental health problems to re-establish their lives in the community. The post offers opportunity for individual therapy with psychosis and other co-morbid difficulties,  family work and group work.

There will be opportunities to  joint work with team members, offer reflective practice & facilitate team case formulation sessions.

The Rehabilitation teams value a psychological approach to service delivery so you can be assured of a warm welcome to the service.

The service provides intensive, multidisciplinary assessment, treatment and care to adults with complex psychosis. The team work collaboratively with service users to develop person-centred care plan focusing on individual goals for recovery. Individual and group interventions and personalised social and vocational activities in the community are central to the therapy programme.
