The Community Chronic Pain Service is a multidisciplinary team of expert chronic pain clinicians. We support people with persistent pain to develop self-management strategies, enabling them to live well. This post is suitable for a Clinical Nurse Specialist or an Allied Health Professional with an interest in pain management.
Our aim is to help individuals develop the skills needed to improve their quality of life and reduce their dependency on healthcare services and medication.
This service is delivered in a variety of settings, face to face clinics, group settings and virtually.
As well as community clinics you will deliver care within the secure (prison) environment. We deliver our award-winning Pain Management Service in all of the Kent prisons therefore travel will be an essential part of this post.
As a community Trust many of our roles require individuals to be able to drive to perform their duties. As such you will be asked to confirm you have a full UK driving licence where driving is a requirement of the role to be able to proceed with your application.
